Onboarding and adding team members just got easier—invite multiple teammates at once with a CSV upload or by multi-selecting.
📅 Smarter Invoice Filters
Narrow down your review queue with new posted date and due date range filters.
🤖 AI-Assisted Tag Suggestions
Let Tofie AI do the heavy lifting—get tag suggestions per bill to speed up your bookkeeping.
Simply use a prompt title "Tagging Rules for each line item" before giving your instructions, and let Tofie select tags for your line items.

✨ AI-Assisted Invoice Description
Teach Tofie AI how to generate a concise invoice description (up to 200 words) automatically when scanning invoices.
Simply create a prompt with title “invoice description format” and add your preference for a consistent invoice description.
❗ QBO users: This ensures your memo line in QBO remains professional, informative, and consistent, streamlining review and reconciliation. But most importantly, no more typing in of memos!
🪄 AI-Assisted Tax Override (Xero users)
Teach Tofie AI to Override Tax Amounts
You can now guide Tofie on how to handle tax amounts by adding simple prompts in your Knowledge Base—for example, “Always round the extracted tax amount to the nearest whole number.” When the override toggle is on, Tofie applies your rules automatically; when it’s off, invoices stick with the calculated value. This gives you full control and consistency without manual edits every time.
🔗 QuickBooks Online Integration — Now GA!
Your favorite integration graduates from beta! Connect your QuickBooks account to Tofu and sync bills and statuses directly.
