✂️ Multi-Cropping Receipt Feature (Snippeting)
Instead of manually separating multiple invoices from a single image before uploading, you can now use Tofu’s multi-cropping receipt tool to crop and select individual receipts directly within Tofu. This lets you create separate invoices from one photo, making the review and extraction process faster and more efficient.

📚 Select All and Bulk Actions
We rolled out Bulk Actions so you can finally feel like a productivity superhero while managing multiple documents at once 🦸♀️🦸♂️. Don’t worry—we added safety nets too, like a “delete all” prompt, so you won’t accidentally send your invoices into the void.
And after listening to your feedback, we added a simple “Select All” checkbox—because why click 100 times when one click will do? ✅
The following bulk actions are available:
✅ Bulk Verify - this option allows you to verify multiple invoices at once.
🗑️ Bulk Delete - this option allows you to delete multiple invoices with a once new safety warning: type “delete all” to confirm.
📄 Bulk Extract – this allows you to re-extract multiple documents at once.
📥 Bulk Import – import documents from the connected accounting software.
📤 Bulk Export – downloads selected documents in bulk.
🔍 Bulk Select Filtered Lists – from the Bulk Actions view, you can add new filters (including by Created at date), apply them to your list, and save those filters as default. This makes it easier to select all matching extractions and reuse the same filter setup next time.
These improvements make managing large batches of documents faster, safer, and more flexible.

🗂️ Multi-Document Extraction
Previously, users could only select one document type at a time.
With this update, Multi-Document Extraction lets you upload and process multiple document types at once (e.g., AP bill, AR invoice, bank statement, AR and AP credit notes) in a single batch — saving time and simplifying document processing.

🧮 Manual Tax Override
Users with non-integrated entities can now manually enter or adjust tax amounts in Tofu.
