🔌 Ask Claude about your tofu account
Claude can now connect directly to your tofu account to pull up records, mark extractions ready or done, export them in your accounting software’s format, and even search the tofu Help Center, all from a chat, no app switching.

✂️ Multiple receipts, one photo, zero manual cropping
Multiple receipts on one photo now get cropped apart automatically, and tilted or upside down pages straighten themselves before extraction. This is a waitlisted feature, so send an email to [email protected] or contact our support team to get it enabled for your organization.

✅ Turn off validation for AP, AR and Direct Expenses, so an extraction with errors can still be marked ready and published or exported.
🔓 Unlock password-protected documents and process them automatically in tofu.
🗜️ Compress files before publishing so large attachments stop bouncing off Xero's size limit.
📎 Senders get a heads up if their email to tofu arrives with nothing attached.
✂️ Combine Lines lets you pick which rows to merge instead of all or nothing.
🧾 AP Bills now get an Item column, matching AR Invoices.
⚠️ Duplicate warnings now also catch matches against bills already verified or published.
