1. Access the Help Button
Log in to your main organization.
Look for the help button in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Open the In-App Support Channel
The help button is available on all pages in Tofu (Summary, Settings, etc.).
Click the Help button to open the in-app support channel, which appears as a pop-up panel on the right.
3. Compose a Message
Go to Messages and tap 'Send us a message'.
Type your question in the message box.
4. Enhance Your Message
You can attach documents, send emojis, GIFs, or record a voice message (which will be transcribed).
5. Receive Support
Your message will be received by onboarding specialists who typically reply within 30 minutes.
6. Navigate the Support Panel
Click Back to return home.
View or start conversations.
See recent product releases and open articles.
Use Search for Help to find related guides.
9. Directly Access Messages or Help Center
Select the message page to send a message.
Click the Help page to go directly to the Help Center.
10. Close the Support Panel
Close the panel by clicking the X button at the top.
Hide the in-app support by clicking 'Hide Help'.
11. Reopen the Help Button
To send another message, simply click the Help button again.
12. Can't See the In-App Support?
To fix this, follow the steps below:
On the left navigation pane, click on your User ID.
Go to Account.
Select Cookie Consent.
Click Accept All.
