This is an early feature. MoneyForward Cloud integration is currently read-only. Publishing extractions directly to MoneyForward Cloud will be available soon.
In the meantime, you can use the MoneyForward Cloud Accounting (CSV)
template to export your extractions and import them into MoneyForward Cloud.
MoneyForward Cloud integration is currently waitlisted. If you'd like access, please reach out to your CSM to request enablement.
How to connect MoneyForward Cloud
Follow these steps to connect your MoneyForward Cloud account to Tofu.
Go to Entity Settings.
Select Integrations.
Click Add New Integration.
Select MoneyForward Cloud.
Click Connect.
Choose the MoneyForward company you want to integrate and allow access.
Click Activate.
Your MoneyForward Cloud integration is now connected to the Tofu entity.
💡Tip: Before activating, you can turn on Self-Prompt for your AP Bills, AR Invoices, and Direct Expenses in the configuration panel. This lets Tofie learn from your historical transactions in MoneyForward Cloud and apply your coding patterns automatically during review. If you do not have historical data in MoneyForward Cloud yet, you can upload a CSV or Excel file instead in Entity Settings → Knowledge Base.
How to check if accounting data is synced
After connecting MoneyForward Cloud, you can check whether your accounting data is available in Tofu.
Go to Entity Settings.
Select Accounting.
Review the available accounting data, such as accounts, taxes, items, contacts, or departments.
💡Tip: If you create new accounting data in MoneyForward Cloud, click the Sync 
button in Tofu to refresh and update the data.
How to export and import extractions
MoneyForward Cloud integration is currently read-only, so extractions are not published directly to MoneyForward Cloud yet.
For now, use the export → import workflow:
Open the extraction in Tofu.
Review and verify all extraction details are correct.
Once satisfied, export the extraction using the MoneyForward Cloud Accounting (CSV) template.
Download the file.
Go to MoneyForward Cloud and import the file.
This lets you continue moving extraction data from Tofu into MoneyForward Cloud while direct publishing is still being developed.
💡Tips:
For a single extraction, you can export directly from the review page by clicking the three-dot menu and selecting Export. If you need to export multiple extractions at once, go to the Extractions panel, select the extractions you want, and use Bulk Export.
To skip choosing a template on every export, set CSV Export Target to MoneyForward in Entity Settings → Features. Exports will then use the Money Forward Cloud Accounting (CSV) template automatically.
If you switch between multiple export templates, keep CSV Export Target set to None so you can choose at export time.
