1. Open Import Settings in QuickBooks
Log into QuickBooks Online.
Go to Settings (⚙️ icon).
Click on Import Data.
Select "Bill" to start the process.
2. Upload Your CSV File
Click Browse and find your CSV file.
If needed, enable the option to create new suppliers during the import.
3. Set Date Format & Tax Option
Make sure the date format in your file matches what QuickBooks expects.
Choose whether your tax is Exclusive or Inclusive. (Whatever tax selection on this process will override what is in Tofu)
Click Next to continue.
5. Review & Confirm Import
Check the summary:
New supplier/vendor created?
Are accounts, descriptions, taxes, and amounts all correct?
If everything looks good—you’re done! 🎉
