Step 1: Select AP Bills
Go to your Extractions column. You can select AP Bills in a few ways:
Manually select individual AP Bills
Use the Extraction filters to view only AP Bills, then click the checkbox beside Extraction to select all
Or use the keyboard shortcut Shift + E to select all visible AP Bills
💡 Tip: Selecting multiple AP Bills at once allows you to export in bulk and save time.
Step 2: Click Export
After selecting your AP Bills, click the Export button.
Step 3: Choose Export Format
You’ll be prompted to choose an export format. Available options include:

Cautionary Notes
Make sure you’re selecting the correct AP Bills before exporting to avoid unnecessary data in your file.
Choose the correct export format to ensure compatibility with your accounting system.
If you plan to import the exported file into another tool, open the file first and verify key fields such as Supplier, Bill Number, Date, Account, and Total.
For non-integrated entities, Account and Contact names in Tofu can be up to 200 characters. Some accounting systems enforce shorter limits, so review your data before importing.
For Money Forward, make sure the file stays in Shift-JIS encoding for best compatibility when opening/importing in Japan-localized Excel/accounting workflows.
Tips for Efficiency
Use filters (such as supplier or date range) to export only the records you need.
Export in smaller batches to make review and import easier.
Maintain a regular export routine (for example, weekly or monthly) to keep your accounting records up to date.
Familiarize yourself with the Extractions view to speed up selection and export workflows.
