Before You Delete
Deleting an entity is a permanent action. We recommend you:
Double-check that you selected the correct entity
Confirm the entity is no longer being used by your team
Who can do this?
Organization Owners and Admins.
💡 Tip: Consider exporting any important data before deletion
Delete an Entity
Open the entity you want to delete from the left sidebar.
Go to Entity Settings (⚙️ icon).
Click Entity Information
Scroll to the Danger Zone (or Delete Entity) area.
Click Delete this entity.
Confirm the deletion by typing the exact entity name.
✅ The entity will be removed from the left navigation once deletion is completed.
Note: All data associated with the entity, including extractions, will be permanently deleted.
If You Can’t See “Delete Entity”
Make sure you are an Owner or Admin
Confirm you are in Entity Settings (not Organization Settings)
If the option is still missing, contact support and include:
The entity name
