1. Choose the Right Entity
Select an entity in Tofu that has no integrations yet.
Make sure the import options show correctly under Accounting (for both Tax Rates and Accounts).
2. Review the CSV Template
Open the provided CSV template.
Check that it includes these columns:

✅ Accounting Number
✅ Name
✅ Type
3. Open Your Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks
In QuickBooks, go to:
Reports > Standard ReportsThen search for: "Account List"
4. Export the Report
Export the Account List report to Excel.

5. Prepare Your CSV
Open the exported Excel file.
Match the needed info with the CSV template.
Copy over these fields into the CSV:
✅ Code
✅ Accounting Number
✅ Type
6. Save as CSV
Save your updated file as a CSV or CSV (Comma Delimited) format.
7. Import to Tofu
Go back to Tofu.
Find the Import option in the Accounting section, and upload your CSV file.
