Extraction & Document Pagination

Pagination lets you control how many pages or extraction lines appear at once during review. This improves navigation and performance when working with large documents or extractions.

Enabling the Feature

This is an early feature and must first be enabled by an Organization Owner:

  1. Go to Organization Settings

  2. Navigate to Features

  3. Turn on Extraction Pagination

Once enabled, pagination controls appear in the Source Documents panel and Extractions panel.

Setting Visible Pages in Source Documents Panel and Extractions Panel

After enabling, choose how many pages are visible at a time:

  • 5 / page

  • 10 / page

  • 20 / page

  • 50 / page

Setting the pagination on the panel determines the default for all documents or extractions.

Example:

A document or extraction contains 50 pages. If the setting is 5 pages per view, only 5 pages are visible at a time. Click Next Page to see more.

Adjusting Individual Documents or Extractions

The visible pages can be adjusted for a specific document or extraction without affecting others. When doing this, an additional option All becomes available to show all pages at once.

Example Table: Panel Default vs. Individual Document Override

Panel Setting (Default)

Document/Extraction Setting

Pages Visible

10 / page (default)

Document 1 → 5 / page

5 pages

10 / page (default)

Document 2 → default

10 pages

10 / page (default)

Document 3 → All

All pages

Tip: Selecting Multiple Pages (Source Documents Panel)

  • Ctrl + click → select individual pages across the document without losing previous selections.

  • Shift + click → select a range of pages.

Example: Click Page 1, hold Shift, click Page 15 → selects Pages 1–15 for extraction.

Lines Per Page in Extraction Review

When reviewing an extraction, users can select how many lines per page:

  • 5 / page

  • 10 / page

  • 20 / page

  • 50 / page

  • All

The system remembers the last selection and applies it to other extractions, but it can be changed anytime.

Page Navigation Options

Navigate pages using:

  • Next page

  • Previous page

  • First page

  • Last page

  • Jump to a specific page (type page number in box)
