Important: This is a non-prorated subscription. We do this to keep the billing cycle aligned with your organization’s usage limits, since entry and entity counts reset on the 1st of each month.
Usage limits and entries
An entry is counted only when a document successfully completes extraction for the first time.
Bank Statements are counted by page: 1 extracted page = 1 entry
Re‑extracting the same document does not count as a new entry.
Documents in Pending, Error, or Limit Reached status do not count as entries.
When you hit your monthly limit
New uploads may be held with a status like Limit Reached and won’t proceed to extraction.
You can continue reviewing and working on already extracted documents.
Limits reset on the 1st of each month, or you can upgrade to resume immediately.
