Important: This is a non-prorated subscription. We do this to keep the billing cycle aligned with your organization’s usage limits, since entry and entity counts reset on the 1st of each month.
Note:
An entry is only counted when a document successfully completes the extraction stage.
The following do not count as entries:
Re-extracting the same document
Documents in pending or error status
Step 1: Go to the Billing Section
You can access your billing information in two ways:
From the Summary tab:
Click Overview, then go to Billing.
OR
From the Settings tab:
Click Billing directly.
Then, click the Manage Subscription button.
Step 2: Manage Your Subscription
In the Manage Subscription view, you can:
Update your payment method
Edit billing information
View invoice history
Change your subscription plan
Note:
If you're upgrading, the change takes effect immediately, and will just pay the price difference between plans for that month.
If you're downgrading, the change will apply starting on your next billing cycle.
Cancel your subscription
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
It will not automatically renew, and access will end after the period expires.
You can revoke the cancellation anytime by clicking "Don't cancel subscription."
