Publish Statuses
Not Published – Documents that have not yet been published to the accounting software.
Published – Documents successfully published to the accounting software.
Edited After Published – Documents edited in Tofu after publishing but not republished yet. (Only applicable if Auto-Publish is OFF.)
Publish Error – Documents that failed to publish due to an unexpected error.
Note: You can bulk publish by checking the tick boxes on documents and selecting Publish at the bottom. (Available only when Auto-Publish is OFF.)
Import Statuses
Not Imported – Changes made in the accounting software have not been synced back into Tofu yet. (Not applicable if Auto-Import is ON.)
Imported – Changes from the accounting software have been successfully synced into Tofu.
Import Error – Import failed due to an unexpected error.
Note: You can bulk import by checking the tick boxes on documents and selecting Import at the bottom. (Available only when Auto-Import is OFF.)
