Source Labels
Each document in tofu has a source label, indicating where it came from. This helps you tell apart documents uploaded in tofu, sent by email or WhatsApp, synced from cloud storage, or brought in from your accounting software.
Source | Description |
tofu | The document was uploaded directly in tofu. |
The document was submitted as email attachment via Email Integration.
The document was submitted through WhatsApp Integration.
Google Drive and SharePoint | The document was synced from your connected cloud storage. |
Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Sage Cloud Accounting (GAC), freee, MoneyForward Cloud, AutoCount Cloud, Bukku, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Odoo, FreeAgent | The document came from your connected accounting software. |
Note: tofu no longer imports new documents from your accounting software, so labels for these sources mostly appear on documents that were brought in earlier.
